Get ready to teach using tools provided in this section.
- Explain that there are various protection methods intended to prevent STIs/STDs and unwanted pregnancy. If someone chooses to not have any type of sex or sexual contact, it is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy and STIs/STDs. If someone chooses to have sex, they can use three types of barriers to protect themselves: the external condom (formerly known as male condom) for use during oral, anal, and/or vaginal sex; the insertable condom (formerly known as female condom) for use during anal and/or vaginal sex; and the dental dam.
- Discuss various gender inequalities that exist in our society. Ask them which of the inequalities do they benefit from/like? Which ones do they dislike? Why?

- For the Most Protected Man in the World video: Show students YouTube clips of the Most Interesting Man in the World commercials to help them understand the parody in the video they will watch.
